GRAD NITE

Hey 2015,     

        So today you received the parent consent for for grad nite. That permission slip must be turned in by Friday March 27th before 8am. I will not under any circumstances accept a permission slip any later than that. By turning in that permission slip you are committing to purchasing a grad nite ticket. If you don't turn in the permission slip you will not be eligible to attend grad nite. If you are 18 you may sign your own permission slip but you must include your birthday at the bottom. Please write an emergency contact number at the bottom of the permission slip(see example below). If you have any questions or concerns please approach your class representative.
