Some changes will be happening for second semester and I know you will all have lots of questions so please for your sake and mine read this blog post carefully.
FYI
- Any committee that was created during 1st semester no longer exists. If you would like to re establish your committee you must re submit a request. For steps on how to create a committee please see the "How to start a committee" worksheet under ASB/house resources.
- Any committee requests, cap and gown recites, or any other ASB related emails sent to my personal email will be disregarded please use the class email.
- All committees run by ASB reps will end mid May, after that ASB will not be opening any new fundraising committees and all current sales will stop. If you email me after that because you procrastinated and didn't join a committee I will disregard the email. You (class of 2015) can create committees at any time for credit.
- To join a committee at any time during the semester please email ipolyclassof2015@gmail.com
- We will be selling chocolate in February, it will not be world's finest. On Friday you will receive a permission slip that has to be turned in so that you can sell.
- The house that sells the most chocolate will get a house point...but... if more than 5 people in your house don't turn in money on time then you will not be eligible for the house point.
- This fundraiser can make or break prom/grad night prices
Pizza
- The Pizza committee is now open only 8 spots are available. You will start selling on Monday until March then a new group of people will get a chance to be a part of the committee.
- Please talk to your parents about pizza pick up if we don't find a parent to volunteer we will have to switch to pizza hut. This will decrease our profits significantly.
- Please note: If your parent does pick up that does not give you committee credit.
- Muffin committee is now open only 8 spots are available not including pick up. These spot will rotate like the pizza committee
