A Message from Mrs. Pittman

My Beloved Seniors,

It was an absolute pleasure to be in the classroom with you this year.  This group is one of the most caring and accomplished I’ve had a pleasure to teach.  I admire how you are able to balance fun and responsibility, and I have observed how you rally together to exemplify class spirit.  In our short time together, you filled my days with light and gave my life a lot more meaning.

As you move through your senior year and beyond, take full advantage of the opportunities that come your way.  They presented themselves for a reason!  One of my favorite authors, Frank Herbert, reminds us: “Confine yourself to observing and you miss the point of your own existence. Life is a game whose rules you learn if you leap into it and play it to the hilt.”
