My Beloved Seniors,
It was an absolute pleasure to be in the classroom with you
this year. This group is one of the most
caring and accomplished I’ve had a pleasure to teach. I admire how you are able to balance fun and
responsibility, and I have observed how you rally together to exemplify class
spirit. In our short time together, you filled
my days with light and gave my life a lot more meaning.
As you move through your senior year and beyond, take full
advantage of the opportunities that come your way. They presented themselves for a reason! One of my favorite authors, Frank Herbert,
reminds us: “Confine yourself to observing and you miss the point of your own
existence. Life is a game whose rules you learn if you leap into it and play it
to the hilt.”

With Gratitude,
Mrs. Pittman
