Program
Each session of their Prologue to Bates program offers first-generation-to-college students and prospective students from diverse backgrounds three days on campus to:

•    Attend a class of their choosing

•    Stay with student hosts

•    Meet Bates faculty and staff

•    Tour Bates’ beautiful 109-acre campus

•    Attend an informational session

•    Participate in an admission interview

•    Attend academic, athletic, cultural and cocurricular events

The application deadline for Session I is Sept. 3, 2014, and the application deadline for Session II is Oct. 1, 2014. Please encourage your top students to apply online today: http://www.bates.edu/admission/prologue
